DIC Total Vegetable Oil Offset Ink is formulated with a 100% vegetable oil-based system and contains no mineral oil, making it an eco-friendly green offset ink. It features pure color, high gloss, stable water-ink balance, excellent press adaptability, no skinning, and no smearing. Fully compliant with green printing and food packaging safety standards, it is ideal for high-safety and high-environmental printing applications such as children’s books, food packaging, high-end publications, and branded eco-friendly packaging.

How to choose:
1.By environmental requirement:
Preferred for production requiring mineral oil-free formulation, green certification and low-odor workshop environment.
2.By application scenario:
First choice for safety-critical printing including food packaging, children’s picture books, textbooks, maternal & baby packaging and high-end eco-friendly albums.
3.By equipment:
Compatible with all types of sheetfed offset presses and conventional medium-to-high speed production equipment.
4.By substrate:
Suitable for art paper, matte art paper, white cardboard, offset paper and other conventional printing materials.
How to use:
1.Basic use:
Stir well after opening and print directly on press without complicated mixing, with strong universality.
2.Fine adjustment:
For fluidity or tack modification, add small amount of special vegetable oil-based ink conditioner or tack reducer. Heavy dilution is prohibited.
3.Drying adjustment:
Drying is stable under normal environment. In low-temperature and high-humidity conditions, a small amount of eco-friendly desiccant can be added to prevent smearing.
4.Printing environment:
Recommended temperature 18–25℃, humidity 50%–70% to maintain stable water-ink balance and improve yield.
5.Storage:
Store sealed in cool and dark place at room temperature, avoid high temperature and freezing. Reseal promptly after opening to prevent oxidation and skinning.
