UV Offset Ink for Paper is a UV-curable offset ink specially designed for paper substrates, compatible with all kinds of sheet-fed offset presses. It adopts a solvent-free eco-friendly formula with instant UV curing. Optimized for penetration and adhesion on paper, it features stable ink-water balance, high color concentration and clear dot reproduction. No strike-through, no misting, no paper jams, suitable for most printed paper products. Widely used for printing on coated paper, whiteboard paper and cardstock, applied in mass production of color boxes, picture albums, trademarks and paper packaging.

Q1.Why does ink strike through paper and cause mottling?
Loose paper with high ink absorption. Adjust ink supply, reduce printing pressure and increase UV curing speed to prevent strike-through.
Q2.Why is ink uncured and sticky on paper surface?
Excessive press speed or insufficient UV lamp power. Slow down speed, clean dust on lamp covers and enhance UV exposure for full curing.
Q3.Why do printed dots blur and color uneven?
Unbalanced ink-water ratio or insufficient ink stirring. Stir ink evenly and fine-tune ink-water parameters to improve paper transfer effect.
Q4.Why do paper products smudge and peel when stacked?
Excessively thick ink layer or incomplete curing. Control ink thickness and ensure full curing before stacking.
Q5.Can it be used on film materials?
Not recommended. This product is specially formulated for paper substrates; poor adhesion on films may cause large-area ink peeling.
Q6.Is drying agent needed?
No drying agent is required for UV system. Do not add additives randomly to avoid damaging paper adhesion and ink-water balance.
