Plate Baking Gum is a professional high-temperature resistant protective adhesive specially used for offset printing plate baking and curing treatment. Mainly applied to the surface of PS plates and CTP plates before baking, it forms a uniform, dense and high-temperature resistant protective film on the plate surface. It effectively prevents plate oxidation, dot damage, layer peeling and surface coarsening caused by high-temperature baking. This product features excellent film-forming property, strong adhesion and stable high-temperature resistance. It does not affect the plate’s hydrophilicity and ink-water balance, effectively improving the plate’s durability, printing resistance and reuse rate, ensuring stable and consistent printing quality after baking.

Application Scope

Commonly applied in paper packaging printing, commercial color printing, book printing and large-batch offset printing factories. It is an essential auxiliary for improving plate utilization rate and stabilizing long-term printing production.
Storage Method
Store in a cool, dry, dark and ventilated indoor environment. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature heat sources and freezing conditions. Keep the container tightly sealed after use to prevent liquid volatilization, film deterioration and impurity contamination. Keep away from fire sources and strong oxidizing substances. Recommended storage temperature: 10℃–25℃. The sealed shelf life is 12 months under normal storage conditions.
