Underpacking Compound is a professional compressible cushioning material specially designed for offset printing impression cylinders. It is installed between the impression cylinder and the blanket to provide stable, uniform and elastic support. With excellent compressibility, fast rebound and stable thickness, it effectively balances printing pressure, absorbs mechanical vibration, and ensures consistent ink transfer and clear dot reproduction. It protects the blanket and cylinder from wear, prolongs their service life, and adapts to high-speed and long-run printing production.

Specially used as cushioning underpacking for impression cylinders of sheet-fed and web offset printing presses. Suitable for packaging printing, book printing, commercial printing and high-speed long-run printing jobs, ensuring stable pressure and high-quality printing.
Store in a cool, dry, dark and ventilated environment, temperature 10–25℃. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, humidity, heavy pressure and sharp objects. Lay flat or roll properly, do not fold. Keep away from oil, chemicals and corrosive substances. Sealed shelf life is normally 12–18 months.
