Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (HEC) is a non-ionic water-soluble cellulose , refined from natural cellulose, appearing as white odorless powder, and is the core additive of water-based fracturing fluids. It features high-efficiency thickening, temperature & salt resistance, shear stability, low residue, easy and quick dissolving, with strong compatibility. It can effectively increase the viscosity of fracturing fluid, suspend proppants, reduce fluid loss, adapt to complex formation conditions such as high temperature and high salt. It is easy to flow back after fracturing, reducing formation damage, ensuring the efficiency of oilfield fracturing construction and reservoir protection.
