Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) is a high-performance non-ionic cellulose derived from natural refined cotton through chemical modification. Due to its excellent water retention, rheology control, thickening ability, and workability enhancement, HPMC is widely used in construction materials, including self-leveling compounds, tile adhesives, cement-based mortars, gypsum products, and wall putties.

In self-leveling applications, specially developed low-viscosity HPMC grades provide an ideal balance between excellent flow performance and effective water retention.
