This product is an SMT automated production line that covers the entire process of automatic PCB board feeding, high-precision placement, and intelligent conveying. Product advantages
High-precision placement capability: The surface mount machine is equipped with a visual positioning system, with a placement accuracy of ≤±0.02mm. It is suitable for the placement of small/precision components from 0201 to QFP, with a yield rate of ≥99.8%.
Full-process automated collaboration: Robotic arms and conveyor lines enable unmanned flow of PCB boards. The surface mount technology (SMT) placement machines and conveyor units operate synchronously through data interconnection, increasing production efficiency by 120% compared to manual assisted placement.
Intelligent visual control: Equipped with a multi-screen monitoring system, it can display the progress of mounting, equipment status, and yield data in real time. It supports integration with the MES system to achieve full-process traceability in production.
Flexible production line adaptation: Supports rapid type change of multi-specification PCB boards (type change time ≤15 minutes), meeting the precision placement production requirements of multiple varieties and small batches.

The intelligent conveyor line adopts a double-speed chain structure, with a PCB board transmission deviation of no more than 0.1mm, ensuring the accuracy of placement positioning.
The three-color warning lights provide real-time feedback on the equipment status (green = normal, yellow = warning, red = fault), facilitating a quick response.
The equipment adopts a dust-proof and sealed design and is suitable for the environment of a Class 100,000-level clean workshop.
An optional online AOI inspection module can be equipped to enable immediate defect detection after mounting.
