This product is an SMT automated production line integrating high-precision placement, online inspection and intelligent conveying. The core equipment includes a placement machine, an online inspection unit, a mechanical arm loading and unloading system, and a visual monitoring terminal. Integrated surface mount inspection: Online inspection is completed simultaneously after surface mount (such as component missing and false soldering identification), with a defect detection rate of ≥99.5%, preventing defective products from flowing into subsequent processes and reducing rework costs.
High-precision and efficient collaboration: The placement accuracy of the surface mount technology (SMT) machine is ≤±0.02mm. Combined with the rhythm matching function of the intelligent conveyor line, the production efficiency is 40% higher than the traditional "placement + offline inspection" mode.
Data-driven full-process traceability: The monitoring terminal collects mounting parameters and inspection data in real time, and supports integration with the MES system to achieve full-chain data traceability and process optimization in PCB production.
Flexible production line adaptation: Supports rapid model change for multi-specification PCBS (model change time ≤15 minutes), suitable for multi-variety mixed line production, and the degree of flexibility meets the demands of medium and small batch orders.

The surface mount technology (SMT) machine is equipped with a visual positioning system and is compatible with the placement of small and precise components ranging from 0201 to QFP.
The online detection unit integrates temperature and voltage detection modules, which can simultaneously verify the basic performance of the PCB after mounting.
The intelligent conveyor line adopts a double-speed chain structure, with a PCB transmission deviation of no more than 0.1mm, ensuring the positioning accuracy of mounting and inspection.
Dual warning with three-color warning lights and pop-up Windows on the screen, with an abnormal response time of the device ≤1 second.
An optional automatic rework module can be equipped to enable online repair of minor defects and enhance production efficiency.
