Product features
The precision dispensing machine is equipped with a visual positioning system, which is suitable for the precise coating of different specifications of adhesive materials (red glue, solder paste).
The robotic arm coordination unit enables contactless transfer of PCB boards after dispensing, avoiding contamination by auxiliary materials.
The intelligent conveyor line adopts anti-static tracks, with a PCB board transmission deviation of no more than 0.1mm, ensuring process accuracy.
The equipment is equipped with a glue quantity warning module, which sends glue replenishment reminders 2 hours in advance to ensure production continuity.
Optional online weighing detection module is available to verify the accuracy of the dispensing amount in real time and enhance the stability of the process.
