This product is an SMT automated production line covering intelligent PCB conveying, high-precision placement, and full-process collaboration. It integrates high-speed placement machines, intelligent double-speed chain conveying systems, data interconnection units, and visual monitoring platforms. By integrating the entire chain of "equipment - conveying - system", the unmanned flow of PCB boards from supply to surface mount is achieved, meeting the large-scale mass production demands in fields such as consumer electronics and communication equipment, and ensuring the production line rhythm and process accuracy.

The entire process is fully unmanned and highly efficient: The intelligent conveying system enables automatic loading, circulation and unloading of PCB boards, and works in coordination with the surface mount technology (SMT) placement machine. High-precision placement stability: The surface mount machine is equipped with dual vision positioning, with a placement accuracy of ≤±0.02mm. It is compatible with 0201 micro-components to QFP precision devices, and the placement yield rate is ≥99.8%.
Flexible multi-product adaptation: Supports rapid model change for multi-specification PCBS (model change time ≤15 minutes), the conveying system automatically ADAPTS to PCB sizes, and is suitable for multi-variety mixed line production.
Digital control and traceability: The monitoring platform displays the production line rhythm, equipment status, and mounting data in real time, and supports integration with the MES system to achieve full-process traceability of production.

Product features
The intelligent double-speed chain conveying system adopts anti-static tracks, with a PCB transmission deviation of no more than 0.1mm, ensuring precise placement positioning.
The surface mount technology (SMT) machine is equipped with a modular feeder, supporting the supply of various packaged components, with a material change time of no more than 2 minutes.
The production line is equipped with three-color warning lights and remote alarm, and the abnormal response time of the equipment is ≤1 second.
Optional online AOI inspection module is available. Defects can be verified immediately after installation, reducing the circulation of defective products.
The equipment adopts a dust-proof and noise-reducing design, with an operating noise of no more than 70dB, making it suitable for clean workshop environments.
