This product is an automated production line covering the entire process of PCB board loading, coating, curing and unloading, integrating core equipment such as a board loading machine, 0.8 chain connection table, coating machine, 0.8UV connection table, curing oven, 0.8 chain connection table and board unloading machine. Through the intelligent control system, seamless linkage of each link is achieved, completing the fully automated operation of PCB boards from raw material feeding to coating and curing and then discharging. This meets the coating protection requirements of electronic components, ensures the uniformity of coating and curing effect, and enhances the moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion performance of PCB boards.

Precise coordination of coating and curing: The coating machine and the curing oven are efficiently connected through a docking table. After coating, it immediately enters the curing process, ensuring the timeliness and uniformity of the coating layer's curing.
Intelligent coating control: The coating machine adopts precise spraying technology, with a coating thickness control accuracy of ±0.01mm. The curing oven is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system to ensure consistent curing effects.
Flexible production adaptation: The equipment parameters can be flexibly adjusted according to the PCB board specifications and coating material types, supporting the coating and curing production of multiple varieties of PCB boards.
Product features
The loading machine and the unloading machine achieve automatic loading and unloading of PCB boards, which is easy to operate.
The coating machine has high spraying accuracy and good coating uniformity, and is compatible with different types of coating materials (such as conformal coating, conformal coating).
The curing oven adopts zonal temperature control and high-efficiency drying technology, featuring short curing time and high efficiency.
The 0.8 chain connection table ensures stable transmission, with a PCB board transmission deviation of no more than 0.1mm, guaranteeing the connection accuracy of each link.
All the equipment along the line is made of industrial-grade materials, with an average time between failures (MTBF) of no less than 8,000 hours.
