Dual-Basket Continuous Operation: Features two baskets on each of the upper and lower tracks (four tracks total), enabling continuous board loading without machine stoppage. Automatic switching between baskets when PCBs are depleted minimizes downtime.
Advanced Control System: Equipped with PLC control and color HMI for intuitive operation. Stepper motor pushing structure with adjustable force and speed meets various production cycles. Auxiliary positioning and braking system ensures accurate positioning with single board loading time of approximately 6 seconds.
High Stability and Safety: Multiple electrical and pneumatic circuit protection designs ensure reliable operation. Audible and visual alarm system with clear text displays simplifies maintenance. Supports standard SMEMA signal communication for seamless integration with downstream equipment.
Flexible Specifications: Available in S, M, L, and XL sizes accommodating PCB sizes from 80×50mm to 510×460mm. Standardized bin sizes with customization options available.
