Led strip channel is anodized extruded, great in heat dissipation, while the led cover protects the led strip from dust and physical contact, prolonging the lifespan of led . This led channel system for led strip lights is suitable for flexible led light tape of 4~10mm wide,Metal mounting clips provides easy and secure installation.Frosted Light diffuser slightly diffuses the light to create softer,smoother,desirable lighting effect.It not only works as a led strip light diffuser,but also works as a metal heat sink that helps to spread the heat generated by the working light.
Materials of Aluminium Profiles:
1. Heat Sink: 6063-T5 aerial aluminum
6063 Aerial aluminum has good corrosion resistance and toughness. It's easy polishing, color firm and anodic oxidation. It is a kind of typical extrusion material. Widly used in building profiles, heat sink of lights for vehicles, platforms, furniture, lifts, fences etc.
2. PC cover: Mitsubishi PC from Japan
PC (Polycarbonat) is an amorphous thermoplastic resin with excellent electrical insulation, extensibility,
dimensional stability, and chemical corrosion resistance. It has high strength, heat resistance and cold
resistance. It also has the advantages of self-extinguishing, flame retardant, non toxic and colorable.
Its strength and toughness are very good.
