It is compatible with various battery types such as cylindrical, prismatic, and pouch cells, and can weld tabs, nickel sheets, copper-aluminum composite sheets, and other materials. It supports spot welding, continuous welding, and multiple weld patterns (circular/rectangular/waveform).
The device allows precise adjustment of power, welding time, and other parameters via a touchscreen, paired with positioning functions to accurately control solder joints. The small heat-affected zone avoids damage to the battery cell itself.
The machine body integrates a safety monitoring system: the welding head only activates when in contact with the workpiece, ensuring safer operation. It is a highly efficient tool for small-scale production lines, repairs, and DIY scenarios, directly improving the flexibility and consistency of battery welding.
