Preface
The hydrogen generation process through methanol reforming-PSA is an independently developed technology designed by our company for medium to small-scale hydrogen generation plants. After ten years of research and improvement, this technology has reached advanced domestic levels. Approximately one hundred industrialized plants have been successfully installed nationwide, with several national patents obtained. This technology primarily uses methanol and demineralized water as feedstock, employing catalysis reforming and PSA to produce high-purity hydrogen. It features simplified processes, minimal land occupation, cost-effective investment, and operational efficiency. With the rapid construction of large methanol plants in our country, hydrogen generation costs are expected to decrease significantly, enhancing our clients' product competitiveness.

Process Flow Description
The mixture of methanol and demineralized water, after being pressurized, evaporated, and superheated to a specific temperature, is fed into a reactor. Under catalyst action, reforming gases including H₂, CO₂, CO, etc., are formed. The mixed gas undergoes purification through PSA technology to obtain high-purity hydrogen in a single cycle.
