Working Principle

The PSA nitrogen generator uses air as its raw material. By utilizing the selective absorption characteristic of carbon molecular sieve, this process separates nitrogen and oxygen based on the principle that pressurization gives absorption and depressurization gives desorption.

Features adjustable and detachable absorption tower technology that maintains molecular sieve stability and eliminates mechanical wear
Incorporates vortex emission discharge for efficient gas replenishment, reducing consumption and extending air compressor standby time
Optional fully automatic operation with remote control system for 24-hour monitoring of flow rate, purity, pressure, and automatic discharge of nonconforming nitrogen
