PSA technology isolates nitrogen molecules from other molecules in compressed air (water, oxygen, CO2, etc). The carbon molecular sieve (CMS) adsorbent retains all other molecules while allowing nitrogen to pass through. While one vessel regenerates, a second connected vessel continues the adsorption cycle, ensuring near-continuous nitrogen flow.
Metallurgy: Anneal protection, agglomeration protection, nitrogen furnace washing, and blowing. Used in metal heat treatment, powder metallurgy, magnetic materials, copper processing, metallic mesh, galvanized wire, semiconductors, etc.
Chemical and new material industries: Chemical material gas, pipeline blowing, gas replacement, gas protection, product transport. Used in chemicals, urethane elastic fiber, rubber, plastic, tires, polyurethane, biotechnology, intermediates, etc.
Electronic industry: Encapsulation, agglomeration, annealing, deoxidation, electronic product storage. Used in peak welding, reflow soldering, crystals, piezoelectricity, electronic porcelain, electronic copper tape, batteries, electronic alloy materials, etc.
