Our Alkaline Water Electrolyzer is a proven and reliable solution for on-site hydrogen production, delivering high-purity hydrogen with stable performance and low operating cost. Based on mature alkaline electrolysis technology, the system is designed for continuous industrial operation in sectors such as energy, chemical processing, metallurgy, and electronics.
This system uses water electrolysis to produce hydrogen and oxygen safely and efficiently, making it an ideal solution for industries seeking clean, sustainable, and cost-effective hydrogen supply.
The alkaline electrolyzer operates by passing direct current (DC) through an electrolyte solution (typically potassium hydroxide – KOH), which splits water into hydrogen and oxygen:
2H₂O → 2H₂ + O₂
The produced hydrogen is then processed through gas-liquid separation, purification, and drying systems to achieve the required purity level.
