The EPSEA EPB-40MZ is a modular Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generator engineered for maximum energy efficiency. With a class-leading 4.2:1 air-to-nitrogen ratio at 99.99% purity, it consumes 15% less compressed air than conventional twin-tower systems (5:1 ratio), directly reducing operational energy costs.
The modular aluminum alloy cavity design eliminates internal corrosion risks, extending service life beyond 20 years. Unlike traditional pressure vessel designs, the module requires no annual pressure vessel inspection, saving both time and compliance costs. Integrated high-resolution HMI provides real-time monitoring of nitrogen pressure, purity, flow rate, and system status with automatic unqualified nitrogen evacuation.
