Working Principle
The PTC ceramic heating element works based on the positive temperature coefficient effect. When power is supplied, the ceramic chip generates heat and quickly reaches the set temperature range. Once the temperature approaches the Curie point, the resistance increases sharply, which automatically reduces the heating power.
This self-regulating function helps prevent overheating even in abnormal working conditions. The heat is then transferred to the corrugated aluminum fins and dissipated into the air through convection, forming a stable heating system.
