Enhanced PTFE product have strong corrosion-resistance and friction-resistance.By adding filler such as glass fiber,carbon fiber,graphite,MOS2.Al203,Carbon fiber powder, compression strength and abrasion-resistance of the product is improved.In addition, it will have good heat conductivity and low heat expansion coefficient.High frequency coaxial coupling,Connector and attenuator in electronics and telecommunication,Also it is applicable to various sealing gasket,sealing plug or sealing seat in valves,air conditioner,refrigerator and automotive parts as well as other apparatus with high precision requirement.
Main Features
1.Heat resistance property---It is able to wok stably between -180°C to +260°C.
2.Excellent non-sticky property---It easier to remove those resin, dopes, oil and other sticky things.
3.the mould cost will be according to your design ,if we have finished-made mould .it needn't sample charge
4.it will take 5-8days to finished the sample .at that time we will show the sample picture to you first .
