What are the 4 types of heat exchange?
While classifications vary, the four major types of heat exchangers by construction are Shell and Tube, Plate & Frame, Double Pipe, and Finned Tube (Air Cooled), used for transferring heat between fluids, with different designs suited for different applications like industrial processes, HVAC, or refrigeration.
Here are the common types:
Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger: A robust design with tubes inside a large shell, ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature industrial applications, separating fluids with tubes or plates.
Plate Heat Exchanger (Plate & Frame): Uses thin, corrugated plates to create large surface areas for efficient heat transfer, often found in food processing and HVAC.

Anodizing
Anodizing is an electrochemical process of converting a metal surface into an oxide layer.
