Heaters for semiconductor applications provide clean, even heat distribution for fluid baths at constant temperatures. These immersion heaters are ideal for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and biomedical industries, offering:

These rugged heaters are available in grid, frame, and fence configurations with outputs from 1.0 to 30.0 kW. Key features include:

  • Low watt density (≤ 4 watts/in²) for rapid heating response
  • Easy integration into most process tanks
  • Custom configurations available based on specifications and tank size
