Product Overview
These semiconductor heaters provide clean, even heat distribution for fluid baths in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and biomedical industries. The compact, customizable design maximizes process area while minimizing chemical consumption. All wetted surfaces feature PFA materials, compatible with PVDF, PFA, or quartz tanks.
Compatibility
Designed for both aggressive chemistries and deionized water, available in grid, frame, and fence models with outputs from 1.0 to 30.0 kW. Features low watt density (≤ 4 watts/in²) for rapid heating response.
Safety Features
Patented PreciseHeater coil with >99% efficiency and 10+ year MTBF. Includes microprocessor-based temperature control with optional safety features: platinum/embedded ground wires, Type-J thermocouple, and RTD over-temperature protection.
