For acidic solutions
Compatible with many aggressive chemistries.
Heavy wall metal element, quartz sheath and polypropylene guards (sold independently for assembly). For use in most aqueous acidic plating solutions and pickling tanks. Check solution recommendation chart with your chemical supplier for proper sheath material selection.
Single phase. Heats up to 180°F (82°C). 500-30000 watts, 120-600 volts.
Our quartz electric immersion heaters are CE certified.
Made of ceramic heating core, PP junction box, and PE protection cover.
Excellent insulating function and mechanical strength.
Not recommended for heating hydrofluoric acid and strong alkali for extended periods.
Compatible with overheat protection switch of 95°C or 105°C.
Standard wire length is 2 meters, with custom lengths available.
Available in 110V, 220V, and 380V configurations.
PTFE Tanks
We offer teflon lined welded tanks, small teflon lined vessels, mixer PTFE lined vessels and more PTFE teflon lined tanks.
Materials: PTFE, PFA, FEP, ECTFE, PVDF etched or glass backing.
Features: Acid/alkali storage capability, high temperature resistance, custom sizing available, optional PFA outlet and inlet installation.
