SURPLUS metal immersion heaters are engineered for corrosive chemical heating applications, available in multiple configurations including open tank, screw plug, and flange designs. Our product range spans from compact 500-watt units for laboratory use to powerful 50,000-watt industrial systems.

Constructed with titanium, SUS316 or SUS304 seamless tubes in vertical configuration with three 50mm diameter elements
Power output customized based on installation location, liquid chemical properties, and solid content deposition
Hot-zone length varies with wattage, while cold-zone length is adjustable to meet equipment requirements
Safety-designed with hot-zone positioned at least 100mm below chemical liquid level
Available in multiple voltages: 110V/P, 220V/P, 380V/P, 220V/3P, 380V/3P, 415V/3P, 480V/3P
Power range from 0.5KW to 36KW with standard overheat protection switch or heat detector
