Application
1. Inert gas heating for semiconductor, liquid crystal and organic EL manufacturing equipment;
2. High-purity gas heating for analyzers, small test equipment;
3. Gas heating for combustion gas simulation tests;
4. Small-volume gas heating during chemical material production;
5. Atmosphere gas heating in heat treatment furnaces.
Product Features & Advantages
1. Heating with high-purity nitrogen ensures clean heating performance for target gas;
2. All wetted parts (gas contact sections) are made of stainless steel to achieve contamination-free heating;
3. The heating element is isolated from the gas flow channel. The target gas will not come into contact with the heater surface for pure heating;
4. Outlet temperature adjustable up to 500°C (flow rate: 2~30 L/min);
5. Low surface temperature of main body. When outlet temperature reaches 350°C, housing surface temperature is only 50°C, no thermal insulation materials required;
6. Palm-sized compact unit, weight approx. 350g. Flexible installation space, can be mounted close to the heating point;
7. Unique structure delivers high thermal efficiency: efficiency ≥80% at flow rate above 10 L/min;
8. Thermocouple equipped as standard for temperature control and over-temperature protection.
