Application:PTFE coated cable is mainly used for connecting internal electrical equipment and instrument lines of various kinds of aircraft, airships, armored vehicles, ships and other special purposes under high temperature environment.

Product features:high temperature resistance, cold resistance, good softness, aging resistance, anti-interference, easy insulation stripping, easy welding conductor. Soft, small diameter, especially suitable for frequent bending occasions.

Cable structure:

Specification: 0.013~5 square millimeter

Insulation: Ptfe film insulation

Conductor:is made of 0.03--0.08mm copper wire or silver-plated copper wire wrapped by ptfe film

Wire core can be made: 1, 7, 19, 30, 42, 49, 75, 100 strands

Shielding:Tinned copper wire weave shielded

Long-term working temperature: copper - 200 ~ + 60 ℃, silver plated copper core - 60 ~ + 250 ℃

Rated voltage:220V or below

Color:10 basic colors(black,brown,red,orange,yellow,green,blue,grey,white,violet)
