A 4-strand slab anchor wedge is a post-tensioning component designed to secure 4×15.2mm steel strands (ASTM A416 standard) in thin concrete structures. It transfers strand tension evenly to concrete, used for bridge decks, building slabs, and parking garages.
· 4-Strand Fit: Precisely spaced holes for 15.2mm strands (uniform load distribution).
· Standard Materials: Carbon steel anchor plate (45# steel); heat-treated alloy steel clips (20CrMnTi).
· Self-Locking Wedges: Split clips grip strands/anchor plate during tensioning (stable anchorage).
· Slab-Optimized: Compact flat plate (~100mm dia × 50mm thick) fits thin concrete.
· Corrosion Options: Galvanized (general use); 304/316 stainless steel (corrosive environments).
