Introduction of the Production line
1. The raw material is the clean virgin pulp, like bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, wood pulp, straw pulp and etc.
2.The virgin pulp is smashed and mixed in the hydrapulper and adjusted to a certain consistency in tanks.
3. The fiber in the pulp will cover the wire mesh of the mold by the vacuum and drop down by the air compressor.
4. The wet products will be formed, dried and hot pressed, edge trimmed in the forming machine. Then the dried products will go disinfection processes.
5. By changing moulds, the forming machine can make different products, like food tray, plates, bowls, cups, lunch box and etc.
