   A: Of course. Standard samples are available for your quality verification, and they are usually provided free of charge. You only need to cover the corresponding courier shipping cost.

3. ‌Q: Where is your factory located? How can I arrange a visit?‌
   A: Our factory is situated in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. You can take a direct international flight to Ningbo Airport, or fly to Shanghai Airport which is only a 2-hour drive away from our plant. All overseas customers are warmly welcomed to visit our production line and quality control workshop at any time.

   A: Quality is our top priority. We strictly implement full-process quality inspection from raw material incoming check, in-production tracking to finished product performance testing. Our factory has been certified with the ISO 9001 quality management system.

   A: Our normal lead time is 10-20 working days after we receive your formal prepayment. For urgent orders, we can also arrange a priority production schedule to meet your delivery deadline.
