Regular maintenance is essential to extend the pump’s service life (typically 10,000-15,000 operating hours with proper care). Follow this schedule:
Daily Maintenance: Check oil level and top up with compatible hydraulic oil if necessary.
Inspect for oil leaks at pump connections, seals, and control valves.
Monitor pump temperature (via touch or temperature sensor) and operating noise (should be smooth, no grinding or knocking).
Record pressure, temperature, and operating hours in a maintenance log.
Weekly Maintenance: Clean the breather filter and suction filter (replace if clogged).
Check the condition of flexible hoses (look for cracks, bulges, or wear).
Verify that pressure relief valves and control mechanisms are functioning correctly.
Monthly Maintenance: Take a hydraulic oil sample for analysis (check viscosity, water content, and particle count).

Immediate Response to Contamination: Stop the pump immediately to avoid further damage to precision components (pistons, cylinder block).
Drain the contaminated oil and flush the reservoir with clean hydraulic oil (use a portable flushing unit for thorough cleaning).
Replace all filters (suction, return, pressure) with new ones of the correct precision.
Pump Inspection & Cleaning: Disassemble the pump and clean all components with filtered hydraulic oil (avoid harsh solvents).
