A1: Knob loosening is caused by wear of the internal locking washer. The solution steps are: ① Use a flat-blade screwdriver to pry off the knob’s decorative cap, then remove the fixing screw (M4×8) with a Phillips screwdriver; ② Take out the knob and replace the worn locking washer (Rexroth part number R900012345) with a new one—choose the stainless steel version for better wear resistance; ③ Apply a small amount of thread locker (Loctite 243) to the fixing screw before reinstalling, and tighten to 2.5 N·m torque; ④ After adjustment, lock the knob’s secondary locking nut (tighten to 5 N·m) to prevent loosening. For harsh vibration environments, install a knob guard (R901356789) to avoid accidental collision.

Q2: The pump’s pressure gauge fluctuates violently during startup, making parameter setting difficult—what to do?

A2: Violent pressure fluctuations (≥20 bar) during startup are caused by air in the control circuit or improper pressure build-up. Solutions: ① Air bleeding optimization: Extend the air bleeding time—jog the motor 5 times (15s on, 30s off) instead of 3 times, and slowly open the pressure gauge valve to release air; ② Pressure buffer installation: Install a 0.5L pressure buffer (Rexroth DB 20-1-5X/315) between the pump’s pressure port and the gauge to absorb pressure shocks; ③ Control valve adjustment: Turn the FR control valve’s pressure rise throttle screw clockwise by 1-2 turns to slow down the pressure build-up rate (adjust until fluctuation is ≤5 bar); ④ Startup sequence adjustment: Start the pump at 50% motor speed (via frequency converter) for 10 seconds, then gradually increase to rated speed—this reduces the impact of sudden flow increase on pressure.
