Q1: What causes the pump to make abnormal noise during operation?
A15: Noise classification and causes: 1) Cavitation noise (gurgling sound): Oil level is too low, suction pipeline is blocked, or filter is clogged; 2) Mechanical noise (metallic impact sound): Bearing damage, piston wear, or swashplate loose; 3) Hydraulic noise (whistling sound): Control valve stuck, oil passage blocked, or relief valve unstable; 4) Resonance noise (low-frequency vibration sound): Pump and pipeline resonance, or motor-pump shaft misalignment. Corresponding solutions: Replenish oil, clean filters, replace bearings/pistons, align shafts, or install shock absorbers.
Q2: Why does the pump body overheat (temperature > 65℃), and how to handle it?
A16: Overheating causes and solutions: 1) Severe internal leakage: Replace worn piston-cylinder pair and valve plate; 2) High oil viscosity: Replace with low-viscosity oil (e.g., ISO VG 32 for high-temperature environments); 3) Poor heat dissipation: Clean the system cooler, increase cooling fan speed, or add a supplementary cooler; 4) Relief valve malfunction (long-term pressure relief): Repair or replace the relief valve; 5) Pipeline backpressure is too high: Shorten the return pipeline, reduce bends, or increase the pipeline diameter; 6) Ambient temperature is too high: Install a heat shield between the pump and high-temperature heat sources.
