Our blue and white pre-filter is a classic G4 grade coarse filter material, widely used as the first stage of filtration in air filtration systems. Made from gradient-density polyester fibers, it acts as the first barrier, effectively intercepting large particles of dust, lint, hair, and fine impurities, thus protecting subsequent medium and high-efficiency filters and extending their lifespan.
This filter cartridge features a layered gradient design: a high-density blue fiber layer on the inlet side and a low-density white fiber layer on the outlet side. Dust is trapped layer by layer within the fibers, rather than simply adhering to the surface. Compared to single-color filter cotton, it can hold more dust and maintains stable low air resistance during long-term operation.
Complies with the European EN779 G4 pre-filtration standard, effectively intercepting coarse particulate contaminants and reducing the burden on subsequent HEPA filters, bag filters, and ceiling filters.
The progressive density gradient structure maximizes dust holding capacity, reducing replacement frequency and lowering long-term operating costs.
Slight airflow pressure drop ensures efficient operation of the ventilation system without additional energy consumption.
Flexible, tear-resistant, and lint-free fibers prevent fiber debris from contaminating clean air. Optional flame-retardant formulations are available for high-risk workshops.
A variety of sizes are available, including large rolls of pre-cut sheets and framed filter pads, to meet your size requirements. Custom widths, thicknesses, and lengths are supported.
