Application
The Big Touch Screen Type Transformer Vacuuming Machine Series RNVS is an advanced vacuum evacuation solution designed for transformer manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. Equipped with a PLC fully automatic control system and a 10-inch colour touch screen, the RNVS series provides intuitive operation, real-time monitoring, and precise vacuum control for power equipment vacuuming processes.
This intelligent vacuuming system allows operators to clearly view the equipment running status and real-time vacuum level, and to set target vacuum parameters according to actual working requirements. Once the preset vacuum degree is reached, the system can automatically maintain the vacuum for a specified period and then shut down as set, or operate continuously for a preset number of hours before automatic stop, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient operation.
It can be used for:
1. Vacuum evacuation of power transformers, distribution transformers, and reactors
2. Vacuum processing of capacitors and other electrical power equipment
3. Transformer factories, substations, power generation plants, and power utilities
4. Industrial vacuum processes such as vacuum drying, vacuum impregnation, and related applications
