Flame Plasma CNC Intersection Cutting Machine For Mild Steel, Stainless Steel Pipe
Description:
This cutting machine is widely used in steel structure, oceaneering, bridge and steel tower building, petrochemical piping and pressure vessel industry.
This profile cutting machine provides three kind of groove dealing function:
a. Fixed angle groove: according to the angle which user input to cut groove (Max groove angle 60°).
b. Changed angle groove: groove changed according to two intercross face angle.
c. Fixed point groove:user can set several special point angle (4point or 8point), groove angle will change among these point smoothly.
Cutting precision of model PB660 CNC pipe cutting machine can meet standard pipe cutting and can meet length size positioning precision of workpiece 0.2mm/2000mm; femal wire positioning precision is ≤±0.5mm; each intercross wire matching pipe connection end matching seam mistake is ≤±0.5mm.
