2. Description:
This anti-creep welding rotator is composed of driven part, idler part, testing device and electrical control system.
Driven part :
The portion of the roller frame is generally the same as the drive roller is rotated and driven by rotation of the workpiece features, it has large wheel load capacity, wheel line speed to meet the technical specifications of the two holes of rollers by shifting to accommodate work pieces of different diameters, easy to adjust .
There are two drives of rollers on the base, the base was there Spherical roller bearing roller, roller material for high-strength steel castings ZG45, having a large strength and wear-resistant, long life and other characteristics.
Double drive section is driven by two motors and speed reducer, with variable speed frequency adjust.
Idler part:
Idler part are installed with two correction rollers on the base. The wheel has no power,just offer friction driven by the work, it can only load the work piece.
Anti-creep base is the key part of this rotator, it adopts elevating type, work principle is using one wheel’s up and down work to adjust center line of work piece and rotator to coincide , thus to realize anti-creep purpose.
Driven roller frame and idler roller frame box-shaped base structure by good force, not easily deformed, can move freely on the track to adjust the distance between the roller frame, and can be easily fixed to the rail, positioning accuracy, easy to adjust. On the surface of the base, were finishing order of rollers adjustment.
