These wire screens attach securely to your existing frame via eyelets, a design that ensures a tight fit and simplifies installation. To reinforce the mesh, we either line the edges with strong PU strips or fold the mesh 180 degrees, then add round or oblong stainless steel grommets—thus naming them “grommet screens.”
The wire mesh’s design has a major impact on both your product quality and machine efficiency. Our rectangular mesh option is a key advantage: it provides an open screening area up to 30% larger than traditional meshes. This extra space allows for higher throughput, increasing your machine’s capacity without shortening the screen’s lifespan.
