We specialize in producing hi-tech new materials including membrane structure materials, tents materials, airtight materials, inflatable materials, cover materials, and various protective materials.
HDPE laminated tarpaulin (190-300g/㎡) adopts hot pressing technology, which is lightweight and economical. The tensile strength is ≥ 600N, and the strength loss after 1500 hours of UV resistance is ≤ 5%. It has moderate breathability and is suitable for silage covering, hay stacks, and temporary shading. PVC coated tarpaulin (500-900g/㎡) adopts coating technology, heavy-duty and durable, with tensile strength ≥ 2800N/5cm, tear strength ≥ 600N, completely waterproof, temperature resistance of -30 ℃ to+70 ℃, suitable for livestock sheds, heavy equipment, and long-term outdoor coverage. Choose HDPE for short-term or limited budget, and PVC for long-term or harsh environments.
HDPE tarpaulin has a static water pressure of ≥ 50kPa (approximately 5000mmH₂O) and a strength retention rate of>95% after 1500 hours of UVB irradiation. The static water pressure of PVC tarpaulin is ≥ 0.3MPa (about 30000mmH₂O), and the strength retention rate is>85% after 2000 hours of xenon lamp aging test. Both have passed the -30 ℃ low-temperature bending test without cracks.
HDPE tear strength ≥ 100N (ISO 4674 A2), no powdering after 3-5 years of field use. The tear strength of PVC in the warp/weft direction reaches 621N/579N (DIN 53363), and it has been used in livestock scenarios for more than 5 years without tearing. The edges are reinforced by high-frequency welding, and the buckle metal washers are reinforced to ensure long-term reliability.
