Can I request samples to verify product quality?
We provide complimentary samples up to 1 meter. For samples exceeding 1 meter, a nominal sample fee will apply. Shipping charges will be incurred in both cases.
What are your production timelines and MOQ requirements?
Standard lead time ranges from 7-20 working days after deposit receipt. While spot purchases have no minimum order quantity (MOQ), custom orders require a PVC: 1,000-meter, PU: 500-meter MOQ. Contact us for project-specific details.
