Cutting Systems
We offer two types of cutting units for profile applications: Saw (TK-series) and guillotine (GK PRO) cutting systems. Additional options include cross-cut system (CC PRO) for wide panel profiles and blade cutting unit (BK-series) for profiles up to 8mm height.

Calibration Table: Subjects shaped profiles to calibration and cooling. Water-contact areas made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion.
Crawler Track Haul-off: Inverter-controlled speed adjustment synchronized with material output rate. Capable of measurement adjustments.
Saw Cutter: High-efficiency cutting with integrated dust collection unit to maintain clean production area.
Tip-off Unit: Operates on pneumatic cylinder system.
