Our haul-off units offer flexible pad dimensions and track lengths to meet diverse customer requirements. Each unit features two independent tracks with gearboxes and continuous speed adjustment via inverter control.
We offer two primary cutting solutions for profile applications: Saw (TK-series) and guillotine (GK PRO) cutting systems. These can be integrated with haul-off units or supplied separately. For window sill and wide panel profiles, we provide cross-cut systems (CC PRO), while our blade cutting unit (BK-series) handles profiles up to 8 mm height without generating dust or chips.
Specialized screw and barrel design ensures perfect mixing and homogeneous material processing. Features axial bearing gearboxes and driving motors for minimized electricity consumption. Optional PLC and touch panel automation systems available.
Engineered to provide ideal viscosity for melt material during profile production. All plastic-contact surfaces are polished to minimize friction losses.
Custom-designed for specific profile types and characteristics. Features stainless steel water-contact areas to prevent corrosion during cooling and calibration processes.
