Dual-character ink printing system reduces printing asset costs
Specialized twin-screw feeding device prevents powder bridging and material shortage
Intelligent distributed control system with automatic fault alarm and synchronized operation
System Components
Extruder: Conical twin-screw design with optimized screw geometry for reduced plasticizing time and excellent compounding
Gearbox: High-quality gear box and reducer with stable operation, low noise, and extended service life
Temperature Control: Cast aluminum heaters with stainless steel covers and wind cooling system for precise temperature management
Screw & Barrel: Internal temperature control system with vacuum degassing to remove waste gases from raw materials
Drive System: AC motor with FUJI or ABB inverters for stable torque output and variable speed control
Vacuum Calibrating Tank: Dual vacuum chambers ensure perfect pipe roundness with spray water cooling and automatic water discharge
Haul-off Machines: Available in 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 claw configurations with inverter-controlled speed
Cutting Unit: Saw cutting or planetary saw cutting options with integrated dust collection system
Stacking Unit: Automatic overturning system with adjustable pipe length settings
Control System: Manual control cabinet or PLC touch screen control options
