Suitable for gas pipelines with working temperature between -20-40 degrees and long-term maximum working pressure not exceeding 0.7MPa.

FEATURES OF EQUIPMENT PRODUCED BY LANGBO MACHINERY

  • The extruder adopts large L/D ratio screw and AC motor for extruder to realize high production and energy saving.
  • The die body adopts independent spiral mechanism of each layer to ensure the uniformity, and the exhaust mechanism ensures the stable melt temperature under high production and reduces the cooling length.
  • The hauling adopts servo control to ensure stable production in large speed range.
  • Adopt Dust-free cutting mechanism, clear and accurate fixed length, beautiful incision.
  • Production data acquisition and analysis system is avaible selected to realize transparent production management.

STRUCTURE OF THE PE PIPE LINE

  • Distributed spiral composite extrusion die-head ensures the melting pressure and flux even and stable, the surface of pipe smooth and glossy.
  • Vacuum calibration and spray water cooling tank made of stainless steel ensures precise calibration and fast cooling.
  • Adopts Caterpillar haul-off, speed adjusted by frequency inverter.
  • Equipped with planetary cutter. Be able to cut large diameter and thick wall pipe.
  • In small diameter PE pipe Line the winding machine is widely used winding machine. In large diameter PE pipe line stacker is used after cutting.
