Production Line Components
Conical Twin Screw Extruder: Features ABB inverter, motor, and Schneider electrical components. Permanent magnet synchronous motor reduces energy consumption by approximately 10% compared to DC or AC motors. User-oriented operation logic with optional touch screen for integrated information management.
Specialized Mould: Specifically designed flow channels ensure superior PVC edge banding tape shaping and optimal melt pressure. Large compression ratio guarantees excellent plasticizing effect, while dedicated material flow channels maintain precise finished product dimensions.
Soaking Tank: 4000-6000mm length soaking tank provides sufficient cooling time for PVC edge banding tape formation. Integrated nozzles and blowers ensure complete drying before proceeding to cutting stage.
Haul-off and Cutting System: Belt haul-off machine with customized hauling concepts based on production requirements. High-accuracy encoder ensures precise and stable cutting length. Space-saving combination units available.
Coiling System: Continuous coiling of finished PVC edge banding tape into rolls for convenient transportation and market distribution.
