Before operating the HDPE pipe extrusion line, workers must start the machine and adjust all parameters throughout the process. During this procedure, waste PE melt lumps are generated as large, hard blocks that cannot be processed by standard crushers. Our single shaft shredder, featuring high rotation speed and specialized shaped knives, efficiently processes these materials through the input port, with particles discharged from the outlet.
Two Types of Single Shaft Shredders
We offer two configurations of single shaft shredders: sliding port and upper port models. Both variants share identical motor specifications and internal construction while providing different feeding options.
Our plastic single shaft shredders are engineered for pre-crushing challenging materials including sacks, jumbo bags, tires, cable, and yarn that are difficult to process in standard granulators. Pre-crushing enhances granulator capacity while extending equipment and blade lifespan.
Materials processed through rotating and fixed blades can be further refined to desired sizes using granulators. The system incorporates automatic stop, reverse direction operation, and alarm functions to handle potential material jamming, metal detection, and overload conditions.
