Production Process
The complete manufacturing workflow follows this sequence: PVC powder + additives → material mixing → feeder → twin screw extruder → mold and calibrator → vacuum forming table → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharge rack.
Featuring a conical twin screw extruder compatible with both PVC powder and granules, this production line includes a degassing system for superior material plasticization. High-speed molds significantly enhance production efficiency and output quality.
