Extrusion Line Specifications
The LED lighting market in Middle West countries features substantial demand. LED light covers and bottom profiles are manufactured using PC material. This line incorporates co-extrusion technology for producing two-color PC LED tubes, featuring a 65/28 22kW extruder and a 50/28 11kW extruder. The system includes a 25m long by 600mm wide calibration table and utilizes a two-belt haul-off method that ensures perfect alignment between cover and bottom LED light tubes. The complete line concludes with a cutting unit and stacker for organized finished product handling.
