Our turnkey PE pipe production line includes all necessary machinery to manufacture high-quality PE pipe. From single screw extruders with quality components to high-speed servo-powered puller machines, we provide comprehensive solutions for successful pipe manufacturing.
  • Single Screw Extruder Machine: Core component that heats, mixes, and extrudes fresh pipe
  • Vacuum & Cooling Tank: Cools and dries extruded pipe to maintain ovality and uniformity
  • Haul Off (Puller) Machine: Pulls fresh pipe from the extruder through the vacuum and cooling tank
  • Cutter Machine: Cuts PE pipe to desired lengths programmed into the HMI
  • Accumulator Machine: Maintains buffer between coil changeovers
  • Coiler Machine: Enables pipe coiling for sale and distribution
Optional Equipment
Extrusion die heads can be added to existing extruders to produce 3-layer pipe with recycled cores, reducing raw material costs. Our machinery can also be supplied as standalone units for upgrading existing production lines.
